Someone called me saying they were from EE with a SIM offer. While she was still chatting, I quickly checked the number on several "Who Called Me" websites. The feedback on this site and others popped up, all from just the last hour. I asked her to send me an email to prove her identity and also to explain how I could get the same deal by contacting EE myself. She faltered, saying her team was separate from that, so I just ended the call there.
