I got a missed call earlier and decided to ring the number back. The person who answered said it was Domestic and General Insurance Plc, calling on behalf of Argos. Apparently, some sort of marketing call. Thing is, I haven’t purchased anything from Argos in ages, so it was totally unexpected. Not sure if it’s dodgy or not, but it definitely caught me off guard and felt like an annoying sales call out of nowhere.
