They claimed to be from HMRC, but it just didn't sound right - super dodgy and a bit off, like someone who’s not local. I wonder if they grabbed my number from the Test & Trace app or something? Definitely didn’t seem legit.

They said it was some sort of fraud company or something, never picked up when I called back, so I’m not bothering with the dodgy number they put on their voicemail.

some bloke claimed he was from hrc and said someone had nicked my national insurance for identity fraud. he kept asking loads of personal stuff and wanted me to share info i wasnt comfy giving out phone. he also told me to not tell anyone about our chat.
