Got a dodgy text saying it’s from Lloyds about a new payee being added, with a link asking me to enter my info. Definitely not from Lloyds, it’s a total scam. Be careful and don’t click on anything like that!

Got a text from what said it was LLOYDS saying a new payee was set up from some NEW DEVICE at 18:35. It told me if I hadn’t done it to click a link about authorising it. I didn’t even tap the link because Lloyds wouldn’t send a message like that anyway. Glad I looked this site tho, lots of people had the same weird one at around the same time.

Got a text from this number saying that a new payee was added to my Lloyds bank account, and to click a link if this wasn’t me. Problem is, I don’t even have an account with Lloyds! I was curious so I tried the link but my Norton security warned me about a dodgy site. Definitely a scam, watch out!

I just got a message saying: LLOYDS: A new payee has been added from a new device at 6:35PM. If you didn’t do this then go to [#]device-payee-authorisation[###]. I don't bank with Lloyds at all, so this seems really suspicious.
