Got a message about a tax refund, seemed fishy right away so I put in a fake name to see what happens. It let me continue and then asked for my bank info, which HMRC obviously already has if they're real. The site looks kind of legit, could easily fool people who aren’t careful. If you compare with the official HMRC website, you’ll spot the differences quick enough. Definitely a scam, watch out folks!

I got a message from this number pretending to be HMRC, saying I owed some unpaid tax and needed to fill out a form through the link they sent. Trouble is, that link didn’t look anything like a real HMRC website! Definitely dodgy.
