Got a message saying a new payee was set up on my account and if it wasn’t me I should click a link. It said it was from Lloyds bank, but I called them straight away just to be sure. They told me it was definitely a scam. Be careful and don’t fall for it!

I got a text on my phone from 07312703983 pretending to be HSBC Security. It said there was a payment to a new payee and asked if it wasn’t me, to cancel by visiting hsbc[###][###].security-support.site. I checked that site on my laptop and it’s obviously a dodgy scam page trying to steal your cash. I rang my bank and they confirmed it’s a well-known scam. Definitely don’t tap on the link in the message!

I got a message from 731-270-3983 and I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. Definitely be careful if you get anything from that number.
