This number called me the other day and a woman said she was an energy efficiency advisor for my neighbourhood. Even though we’re on the TPS list, she didn’t seem to care about that at all. She kept going on about some “free loft insulation” offer, which I wasn’t interested in whatsoever, not even if they paid me. With nothing much going on, I decided to keep her on the line just to pass the time. She was pretty relentless, so I’d label it as a bit of harassment.
