I picked up but there was complete silence on the other end, then they just ended the call after a bit. Decided to block the number straight away.

I picked up since it didn’t say scam, but then the caller asked if I was satisfied with O2 and said I needed to update my details and replace my SIM. When I told them I’d rather do that in an O2 store, they just ended the call.
