I got a text from this number about some government payment, something about a living expenses subsidy for 2023-2024 to help with winter costs. It said if you qualify, you need to update your details through a link before the 11th of October 2024 or you’d miss out. The message also added that if you don’t claim it in time, the money will go to someone else who needs it. The link they sent looked like https://bit.ly/3U2tIpU?nt=2mEQiO but when I checked, the actual website was hhpts// gov.fineukd which seemed dodgy and they were asking for credit card info. Definitely a scam!
