I’m with the last person on this, didn’t really speak to anyone from three directly myself either.

Just got a text off +44 7311 759290 at like 1.28 in the morning saying they couldn’t take payment for my last 3 bill. The message told me to confirm details at some link like [#]new.mythreeaccountdetails[###] or they'd suspend me. Sounds dodgy to me coz I already paid my bill earlier this month. Looks like a typical scam attempt.
