I got a robo call warning me my internet would be cut off within a day. Pressing 1 connected me to someone at a call centre, who claimed there was an issue with my account and my broadband was about to be cancelled. I told her nothing was wrong, plus the usual solid white light was showing on my router. She seemed a bit caught off guard and insisted the problem had to be on my end.

Number didn’t show up on BT Call Guardian, so I reckon it was either a scam or some telemarketer. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

Got a robotic call supposedly from TalkTalk saying if you want to keep your service, press 1 to talk to someone. This is twice today but each time from a different number. So frustrating!
