Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, urging me to hit "1" to cancel my account. Pretty sure it's a scam cause if you do, it charges you for a premium rate number and then connects you to a so-called "Customer Service Manager". They usually try to get you to install some software so they can supposedly handle the cancellation, but it's a trick. Stay clear!
