Wanted to clear up my last post since some words didn't come through right. If you get a call from 07311213978 and an automated recording starts, don't trust it at all - it's a total scam. Best thing to do is just end the call straight away and maybe even block the number so they can't bother you again.

On the 20th of August 2022, I got a call from this number with some robotic voice pretending to be from HMRC. Like honestly, do they really think HMRC would phone you like that? It's a rubbish scam, but it could fool someone if they’re not careful. Best thing to do is just hang up and block it straight away.

About a minute ago I got a call, an automated voice said it was from HMRC, telling me to press one to speak to someone. When I did, the person on the other end didn’t know anything at all. What a load of rubbish, proper scammy! I've just blocked another dodgy number, honestly so annoying.

So, I received a ring from a London number, even though I’m based in Greece. The bloke started chatting to me in Greek. When I asked how he got my number, he claimed I’d shown interest on some website I supposedly browsed. I told him not to bother calling again since I never shared my personal info anywhere and that I’d consider legal steps. He just laughed and said, “Good luck with that! Hahaha.” The company was something like LUXI, I think.

Got a robo call saying it was from HMRC, warning me that they supposedly sent a letter back and now there’s a warrant out for my arrest. Total scammy rubbish. I just blocked the number, what a lazy way to try and con people.
