Got a ring from this number, a voice message said I’d been billed £79.99 for Amazon Prime and if I wanted to cancel, press 1. When I did, a lady with a foreign accent answered and said the charge was for Amazon Prime. I knew it wasn’t right since I’ve received similar calls before, and after looking into it each time, I never found any charges. So, I just ended the call.

Got a text supposedly from hsbcuk which seemed a bit dodgy. It mentioned a new payee added to my account and told me to click a link. Luckily, I didn't tap it right away and looked into it more. Turns out, it was a scam - so definitely don’t click on that link!

Got a text saying HSBC had a ‘new payee’ added to my account. I do have an account with them, but I checked on my laptop, not my phone, and everything looked fine. Pretty sure it was a scam, so don’t click any link in messages like that.
