I've gotten three messages recently about some tax refund I supposedly qualify for. Every time, they come from a new phone number and the links look sketchy and nothing like something legitimate. Seriously, don't go clicking on any of them.

Beware, this is just a scam trying to trick you into paying fake taxes. Totally not legit.

Got a couple of texts, one saying it was the UK government about a tax refund! Then, just hours later, the same number sent me messages from three different mobiles saying they couldn’t sort out my bill. Proper confusing!
