I got a text from 07310258191 claiming I needed to claim a refund. It pretended to be from a government source but was clearly fake. Definitely a scam and best to ignore it.

There’s this bloke, George Shelly Bailey from Walkden, proper lowlife. Heard he hangs about near cash machines, spying on older folks before he robs them. Pretty well known round here for that. Also caught wind he might be involved in some dodgy stuff with kids, which I reckon could be true.
