Was about to get caught out by this. I tapped the link and it wanted way too much info. I got part way through, then thought I'd better hold off till I was home and could check my emails properly. Nothing suspicious in my inbox. Also logged into my Paypal, no weird notifications or payments showing. Did a quick search on paypal-login293 and saw loads of warnings. Switched my password right away just in case.
