I got a couple of texts supposedly from NatWest, one said something about setting up a new payee called Mrs A Watson because someone else logged in. It told me to visit natest{###]###]nfirm-tool[###] but I didn't click on anything. Both messages came from 07311094475. Decided to just ignore them.

Got a dodgy message claiming to be from NatWest about some new payment to Mrs A Watson. Don’t click the link, it looks fishy. I’ve sent it off to NatWest’s fraud team to check it out.

got a weird text supposedly from natwest but it came from a private number so feels dodgy. said something about adding a new payee called mrs a watson through the app. if you didn’t do it, it told me to check out natwest(###][###]nfirm-tool[###]. something weird going on I reckon.

Like others have said, I got a message from this number saying something like “NatWest: a new payee Mrs A Watson has been added through your mobile app. If this wasn't you, check natwest{s#]/###]nfirm-tool[###)”. I never thought I’d fall for something like this but ended up clicking the link. Luckily, my ISP caught it and alerted me that the site might have a virus. Seriously, don’t click that link - it’s a total scam and you have no idea what those scammers might be after!

total con! got a text saying "natwest: a new payee mrs a watson added through your app. if this wasn’t you, go to natwest{###]f###]nfirm-toolf###]" but the link leads to a fake site that looks legit but is actually dodgy (it’s http, not https, so no security). best thing is not to put any details in and report it straight to your bank. also block the number asap on your phone.
