The person spoke in such broken English with a heavy Chinese accent that I couldn’t get what they were saying at all. Then they switched to Chinese, which I couldn’t make sense of either!

Its so annoying how these call centres from india force their workers to use fake english names. feels like a total scam, like trying to trick you into some dodgy loan deal.

I got a call about a loan, but as soon as i mentioned i had a partner who maybe needed one (which isn't true) they just dropped the call. felt like one of those dodgy dwp benefit scams to me.
