This text is totally fake, trying to get you to claim some fake tax refund! Honestly, when will these scammers ever quit bothering folks!

Got a message from them saying I had some kind of notification. They included a link about authorising a rebate. Turned out to be a bogus government site. Definitely looks like a scam, so I wouldn’t click on that link.
