Got a call on my home phone from an Asian lady called Lisa, claiming I was owed a PPI refund of more than £2000 linked to a mortgage a while back. Thing is, I’ve never had a mortgage myself, only my husband did. So, I asked where she got my info from and she said it was from the FCA. When I told her I didn’t believe that, she just hung up. I’ve reported the number but I’m not holding my breath that anything will actually be done about these annoying calls.
