Sounds like one of those cold call centres just fishing for details.

Got a call from someone claiming to be EE, sounded super fake and like a total scam. They kept asking about payments for an EE account I don’t even have!!! Totally sketchy and felt like a robot just reading from a script. Stay clear!

Somebody rang saying they was from GiffGaff with a special offer. When they asked what I paid, I told them they ought to know that already. I said I was busy and asked if they could email me the details instead. Then they wanted my email address again, and I said if they've got my number, they should already have my info.
