Had a phone call from 07308185647 earlier today, some bloke pretending to be with the Delhi police trying to check my ID. I wasn’t having any of it and told him I’ll be reporting the call as a scam to the fraud team before hanging up. He kept pushing to get my info but I didn’t budge.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from the Indian High Commission in London, saying my ID was used to register a phone number linked to some illegal stuff. They then put me through to another WhatsApp number in India, pretending to be Delhi Police HQ. On the video call, a guy wearing a police uniform asked for my documents like passport and driving licence, making up some story about verifying my identity. If you get a call from this number, just hang up immediately.
