He spoke with a really strong Indian accent, saying he's from Sky and has a 40% discount for me. I said I left Sky last year, and then he suddenly switches, saying he can do 40% off my Vodafone plan instead. Thing is, I had Vodafone a few years back, but hadn't mentioned that. I ended the call pretty quickly. Totally sounds like a scam to me.

Got a call from an unknown number but no voicemail or anything, so I have no idea who it was.

Got a call from this number today but they didn't say anything and left no voicemail. Couldn't find anything about them on any other websites either.

At first, it sounded alright. But as soon as I mentioned I was with the phone company handling their account, they got a bit uneasy. They kept insisting on sending me a new SIM card, claiming mine was going to be deactivated soon, like within a day or two. Just so you know, I actually don’t work for that phone provider - I say that as a sort of catch to see what they do. Once he heard that, he seemed jumpy and pretty much hung up on me.
