Looks like a phishing attempt to me. I had a look on the official Halifax website and there was no record of any such transaction on my account. Definitely watch out for this kind of thing.

This number rang me the other day and then again today. I reckon it could be connected to an online survey I did last week, though I’m not totally certain. I answered once but there was complete silence on the other end.
