I picked up this number and after a strange pause, some poor quality recorded voice started saying I needed to give info to HMRC. I’ve never had any letters or anything from HMRC warning me about this, so I’m pretty sure it’s a scam trying to get personal info. I’ve blocked the number on my phone now, but I’ve had a few more calls from different mobiles with the same message, and I’ve blocked those as well.
