Got a call from some call centre bloke who couldn’t even explain what the call was about, just kept droning on from his script. Felt a bit dodgy when he called me ‘mam’ and then asked how I was, and his name was Dave or something. When I tried asking questions, he got all muddled up, obviously stuck to the script. Definitely a scam, dodgy call if you ask me.

Got a call but didn’t answer. If they weren’t bothered to leave a message, it probably wasn’t anything urgent.

Some bloke claimed to be from Vodafone, loads of noise could be heard on their end. When I asked what the call was about, they just cut me off straight away.
