Got a call saying it was Halifax Bank, but I’m not so sure it was legit. Anyone else had this happen?

Received a message from this number saying it was Halifax Bank. Inside the message there was a link that read something like "if YOU DIDNT make this login, check here: [#]verified-newdevic-alert[###]/Login.php". I ended up blocking the number since I’m not a Halifax customer at all.
