They rang but I didnt pick up.

My dad’s 86 and he keeps getting these scary phone calls saying they're about to cut his internet off - which is funny since he doesn’t even have internet! Then there’s another call about some unpaid Amazon bill. Trouble is, to him, Amazon sounds like some rainforest place in South America, not an online shop!

Got a call from some automated message claiming to be HSBC, warning me about a dodgy transaction and telling me to punch in my card number. Seems fishy to me, cos I don’t think HSBC would ever ring up and ask for your card info like that. They’d probably direct you to pop into your local branch instead. Sounds like a scam if you ask me.
