I've received a text claiming to be from Hermes, but it’s odd that it came from a mobile number rather than their official 'Hermes' contact. The website link does seem rather legitimate, but I'm quite sceptical, given that the message originated from a personal number. This certainly feels like a scam to me.

I had a similar experience. The website appeared to be trustworthy at first glance, but once I attempted to navigate away from the ‘reschedule delivery’ option, I found that it was remarkably uncooperative. That rescheduling button surprisingly requests personal information such as my date of birth, something I’ve never needed to provide to Hermes before. It certainly feels like a dodgy operation!
