I've had the exact same message land in my inbox! The funniest thing is that it's the Royal Mail that does the deliveries, not the Post Office. Honestly, these scammers must be lacking in common sense! 😂

The post office isn’t the one bringing my packages-it's Royal Mail that does all the delivering. These fraudsters are utterly ridiculous!

I got a dodgy text that pretended to be from FedEx, but it had a SCAM link: "...", coming from this Virgin Mobile number, 07306615229. You'd think Virgin Mobile could track this down, report it to the authorities, and put a stop to these vile lowlifes. Funny enough, I’m expecting a parcel from Amazon, and since I’m in IT, I tend to spot these phoney scams straight away. Honestly, these scoundrels deserve far worse than a mere slap on the wrist!

I returned the call to that number and received an automated message from the Post Office, apologising for having missed my call at 7:45 this morning. It’s got me a bit anxious, to be honest, as I dialled them with my number displayed, yet there was no reply.

Absolutely, it’s a con! They're clearly trying to profit at your expense. I got a call from them as well. The number came through as a personal mobile, which raises all sorts of red flags.
