They asked me to enter my postcode first, then on the next page they wanted my full name and address. No matter what info I put in, it kept telling me I have a parcel waiting to be collected.

Just got a message tonight (26/08, 9.26pm) from the number +44 7306 417519 claiming to be from the Post Office. It said a parcel was delivered at 8.54am but I was at home watching TV at that time, and I wasn’t expecting any delivery anyway. They want me to arrange a re-delivery for a parcel that doesn’t exist. Now that the scammer’s name and address have been made public, I hope the police will step in and deal with this con artist.

it’s obvious this is a scam, even if you were waiting on a parcel and it didn’t arrive. normally, they leave a little note saying you can pick it up at the sorting centre. the post office doesn’t have your phone number, so who exactly is calling you? that call is definitely dodgy. it gets annoying after a while but just remember it’s a scam. best thing to do is block the number on all your devices. cheers.
