Got a message saying I missed a delivery from DPD, but the link it gave me wouldn’t open and looked dodgy. Didn’t click it just in case it was some kind of scam. Thought I’d better check myself on the official site instead. Always tricky with these texts pretending to be delivery firms!

Got a message from this number today claiming I owe £2.99 for a missed delivery. Totally bogus. Normally Royal Mail just takes my parcels straight to the nearest post office if I’m not in. It looked proper on their site but it’s a total con. Please don't enter any card info!

This looks like a total con to me. They messaged my work phone, which I never use for anything, especially not for receiving parcel updates. Definitely seems fishy.
