Got a message from santanderuk saying a new payee was added on 20th Oct at 2:46pm. Apparently if I didn’t do it, I should check out santander.revoke-recipient(#####]. Bit sketchy if you ask me.

I got a text claiming it was from Santander about a new payee named g cook being added to my mobile banking app. It told me to click a link if I hadn’t set it up. Thing is, I don’t have - and never had - an account with Santander. When I checked online, there were loads of warnings about this being a scam.

Got a message from a mobile number saying it was FedEx, asking me to follow a web link to arrange a re-delivery. Since I wasn’t waiting for any package, I’m just gonna ignore it. Feels a bit dodgy to me, like a scam or something.

Got a call from this number, they said they were FedEx and that I'd missed a package. They wanted me to pay £50 to schedule another delivery. Seemed fishy to me!

Someone called saying they were from FedEx about a missed package, but the link they sent to reschedule wasn’t even a FedEx site. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
