I got the exact same message and ended up sending back that rude 4-letter word.

I got a message from someone saying they were from a delivery company, telling me I missed my parcel and now I need to pay for it to be re-delivered. Felt a bit fishy to me, like a scam or something. I never got any prior notice or anything. Be careful with these types of calls!

If this number has been bugging you, you might want to check out some info I found publicly about who’s behind it: Stuart David Wright, born 19/01/1965, living at 21a Plymouth Road, Bamt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF. He’s connected to loads of numbers people have reported here and is known as a scammer. Loads of folks have reported him to the police, but apparently, they don’t see it as a priority. Fingers crossed someone sorts this bloke out cause the cops don’t seem bothered!

You can actually forward scam messages to a special number. Just send the message along with the phone number to 7726. You'll get an automatic reply and it won’t cost you anything.

Just got a call from +447306246681 saying "sorry we missed you" - total scam. They try to get you to click on a link but it’s nothing to do with the real post office. Watch out!

There’s been loads of calls pretending to be from the post office saying a parcel delivery failed. They try to get your details - classic scam trying to trick people. Watch out!

Got a dodgy text saying I'd missed a parcel and they'd charge me if they tried to deliver again. Sounds like a total scam to me.
