Had a dodgy experience with dpd, feels like a proper scam to me. Wouldnt trust them again.

Just received a text timestamped at 23:09 on 11th August 2021, claiming to be from DPD about an unsuccessful delivery. There's a link included to reschedule, but I wasn't anticipating any parcel at all. Very suspicious!

I've received a text from this mobile number claiming to be from DPD, the parcel delivery service. However, the link enclosed in the message leads to a fraudulent phishing site that could pose serious risks. The message claims they attempted to deliver a package while I was out, urging me to visit their site for rescheduling. Thankfully, I’m equipped with top-notch security software (Emsisoft) on both my mobile device and laptop, and I also use Firefox, which has excellent built-in protections. Together, these safeguards prevented any phishing attempt from succeeding. Numerous individuals and companies have flagged this site as a phishing threat. Seriously, avoid clicking on the link in the text unless you've got robust security measures in place.

Steer clear of that link! They've just claimed that they've tried to deliver something via DPD and you need to sort out a new date for delivery.

I reckon it’s intended to trick you into entering your details.

I received a notification about a delivery I never placed any order for! I haven't even got a clue which address they think they’re sending it to, it’s quite amusing really. Clearly, this is some sort of scam.

I've discovered that the individual associated with this number is none other than Stuart Wright, residing at 21A Plymouth Road in Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF. It's worth noting that he has a history of fraud convictions. I truly hope that someone sets him straight-it's hardly surprising he enjoys the comfort of such a large home!
