Got a text about NHS records, seemed totally dodgy to me. I'd steer clear, not something legit at all.

I just got a text from someone claiming to be the nhs saying my records need updating or i can't use my digital pass. It told me to go to some gov website for covid pass activation. Felt dodgy to me, so i checked my nhs app and nothing showed up about updates. The link in the message even asked for my postcode, which seemed a bit fishy. Probably a scam trying to get info.
