I got a text earlier claiming I had missed a parcel from the post office, but bizarrely, there was no card left behind. When I clicked on the link they provided, it prompted me for my full name, address, date of birth, and then suddenly it wanted my bank details too - that’s when I decided to power off my phone. It said something about not leaving cards due to Covid, and there was a tiny logo with “@post office”. Now I’m left wondering if providing my name, address, date of birth, and phone number means I’ve fallen for a scam or if I’m in the clear.
