Received a text claiming to be from a Hermes delivery driver, stating they missed me and that I should get in touch to arrange a new delivery slot. Didn't have anything scheduled, so I'm pretty certain it's a nuisance or a scam.

I received a message on my mobile that claimed to be from Hermes, concerning a delayed delivery. They requested my credit card information to pay a £1.45 re-delivery charge. Quite alarming, really, as I'm not anticipating any parcels from them! I attempted to report this scam through the Hermes website, but it proved to be utterly useless.
