I received a message saying my package was being held because some tax hadn’t been paid, with a link to click on. Since I wasn't waiting for anything and have seen these kinds of messages before, I just deleted it straight away without clicking the link.

Got a message from Lloyds Bank saying someone logged in from a device they didn’t recognise. Pretty sketchy if you ask me.

Got a text from this number saying an Apple Pay account got linked to my phone number. They wanted me to click a link and confirm if it wasn’t me. This came through today, 27th October 2021. I’m just blocking it now.

Got a text from this number saying my Apple Pay was linked to a new device called "IPHONE 7". It said if I wasn't the one who did it, I should check a link (which I didn't bother clicking). Clearly just a phishing scam.

On the 26th of October 2021, I received a text saying something like "Post Office: Your parcel is waiting at the local post office because the shipping cost hasn’t been paid. To arrange delivery, go to..." I saw a similar message from the number +44 7306 592134 earlier too, around the 4th of October 2021.

This number kept calling me, pretending to be from the post office and asking me to click on a dodgy link. Total scam, be careful! Don’t open anything they send you from this contact, it’s definitely fraud.
