So I got a call from a number saying it was NHS Test and Trace, asking me to pay postage for a test kit, and during the call they somehow got my bank card info. Then, a few weeks later, the same number rang again pretending to be RBS fraud team, talking about suspicious Argos purchases in Liverpool - mind you, I live in Exeter. They convinced me to replace my card but then started asking for my online banking password! I checked with my bank afterwards and it turned out to be a total fake.

Just got a call about some Omicron test kit, but it’s definitely not from the NHS - looks like a dodgy scam trying to get you to pay for something that should be free.

That call was definitely a scam.

Somebody rang claiming to be from the NHS saying I’d been near someone who’s got omicron. Felt a bit dodgy to me though.
