I got a call from someone who said his name was Conrad Kay and he was from this place called the "Tax Advisory Group" out in Bury, Greater Manchester. He told me I'd been overcharged on my tax and was owed loads of money, which is total rubbish. Then he tried to get me to complete a claims form that mentioned stuff like "no win no fee". Honestly, seems like a complete con to me.
