Got a message claiming it was from the NHS saying something like: "NHS: You have been near a person who tested positive for the Omicron variant. Please get a FREE test kit here: https://order-test-052.com" The grammar was pretty rubbish and neither me nor my wife are signed up to any "track and trace" thing. Obviously a scam, so I just blocked and deleted it.

I received a message claiming to be from the NHS, stating that I had been in touch with someone who tested positive for Omicron. It prompted me to click a link to order a test, but it seemed fishy and had no connection to the official NHS app. Definitely a scam! I’ve gone ahead and deleted it and blocked the number.

I received a rather dubious text that read: "NHS: You have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for the Omicron variant. Kindly order a FREE test kit at: ..." It’s blatantly a scam, considering the terrible grammar, and neither my wife nor I are enrolled in any "track and trace" system. Definitely going to delete it and block the number!
