TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!!! They pretended to be O2. I was already sorting a problem with O2 about money being taken from my bank. The bank did a direct debit claim for me and gave me the cash back, but how these scammers found out about it is a mystery. I got a call from this number and the guy said his name was Michael. He asked for info and kept sending me security codes by text. Foolishly, I gave out info I shouldn’t have and had to cancel my bank cards and my passport. I've contacted my bank and O2, and Action Fraud is now involved.
