Got a call saying it was Royal Mail telling me my parcel was stuck at the depot 'cause of some unpaid packaging fee. Couldn't be true. These scammers have no shame at all. Drives me mad!

Got a call saying it was Royal Mail. They told me my parcel was stuck at the depot because I hadn’t paid some postage charge. Then they said to go to a website to sort out delivery. Sounded dodgy to me!
