Got a text from this number saying my Apple Pay’s been put on hold and that I needed to update my payment info. Thing is, I don’t even use Apple Pay!

Got a call telling me my Apple Wallet was deactivated and needed immediate updating. Total scam, don’t get fooled by it! Stay safe, everyone!

Got a text saying it was from Apple asking me to update my card info! I've never had Apple send me texts before, just emails. So watch out, this is definitely a scam. They even had my name in the message, so most folks might just enter their card details without a second thought since it looks legit. I've emailed Apple straight away and now just waiting for them to get back to me or give me a ring.
