Someone pretended to be my kid, claimed they had broken their phone, and started texting me from a mate's number… total scam.

Got a text from 07305374026 saying "Hi Mum, it's me, texting from a mate's phone cause I've broken mine." Didn't even bother reading it properly cos my family were right there and none of them had smashed a phone. Very fishy if you ask me.
