Got a text from a number saying it was Three or HG3 about my direct debit not going through, with a link to click on. I’m actually a Three customer, and all my real messages from them show their name, not just some random number like this one did. So, I didn’t bother clicking the link at all. Definitely seemed dodgy to me.

When someone rang me saying they were from Sky, I didn’t trust it and just ended the call to avoid getting scammed.

Got a text saying it was from 3 about my direct debit not going through, but the number was completely unfamiliar. I usually get messages from 3, but they show up without any digits, just their name. This number has never popped up before. Bit fishy if you ask me.
