I was waiting on a parcel from Hermes and received a rather peculiar message stating, 'or it will be returned to sender.' Quite unusual, I thought, as Hermes typically notifies you the day your parcel is due, which hadn’t occurred. When I entered my postcode, I was prompted for an excessive amount of personal details, leading me to conclude it was likely a scam. However, I did get the legitimate Hermes text today confirming that my delivery was on its way-complete with a follow-up once it actually arrived. I must say, the counterfeit website was incredibly convincing, especially with its clever use of branding!

I received a text from what claims to be Hermes, but I haven't made any orders or returns recently, which seems a bit odd. Just ten minutes later, I got another message from +447305363295. It’s a bit dodgy, to say the least! Take care, everyone - there are certainly a lot of scammers out and about these days!

I received a text about a Hermes delivery, but I wasn't awaiting any parcels. I submitted a made-up postcode on their site, and bizarrely, it claimed they'd attempted to deliver to that location? Sounds like a right con to me!

I received a message from this number claiming that a delivery from Hermes didn't go through and that I should arrange a reschedule. I'm quite dubious about whether this message is legitimate or not.

I recently made a purchase on Depop, and my item was dispatched roughly 23 hours ago, as of today, Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 7:50 pm. Not long after, I received a text from this number stating that the courier attempted to deliver my package - “Hermes: Please arrange a new delivery at ... before your parcel is sent back to us.” When I checked the link today (October 16), it indicated that they had indeed tried to deliver my parcel at 4:30 pm. However, I was home at that moment, and there was neither a knock on my door nor any sort of notice slipped through my letterbox to indicate an attempted delivery. The website is rather unhelpful, allowing me to select only the redelivery option, which insists I must pay an extra £1.45 for this service. Without receiving any notification about the supposed delivery attempt, I can’t collect the parcel in person. It feels like they’re trying to extort more money from me - all I wanted was a simple dress!
