Got a call from someone saying they were Hermes and that they couldn’t deliver my parcel, asking me to visit a website. But I haven't got any Hermes deliveries coming, plus they usually just leave stuff on the doorstep. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Received a message claiming to be from Hermes about a failed delivery. Definitely a scam.

Someone called claiming to be from Hermes saying they couldn’t drop off a parcel today and offered to reschedule the delivery. They then directed me to a site where I had to enter personal details like my name, address, phone number and even my date of birth to ‘confirm’ my identity. Then they asked for a payment to arrange a redelivery. That’s when I realised this was fishy and stopped the process. After checking my emails, I saw the parcel I was waiting for was actually coming by regular post, plus I’d already had a Hermes delivery earlier that week.
